Devon IT Releases Virtual Desktop Solution Bundle with Next-Generation Thin Client, VMware Virtual Desktop Manager and CentriServ's Services

Packaged as a Cost-Effective Virtualization Solution for Small to Mid-Sized Customers

LAS VEGAS, NV - VMworld, September 15, 2008 -- Today at VMworld in Las Vegas, Devon IT, Inc., a leading alternative desktop solution company, and its integration arm, CentriServ, announced the availability of a virtualization bundle solution featuring VMware Virtual Desktop Manager. The virtualization bundle, priced at US$249 per user, includes 10 TC2 thin clients from Devon IT, and 10 user starter licenses for VMware Virtual Desktop Manager. Customers can add three days of configuration and consulting services from CentriServ and an IBM 3650 server for an additional charge. Devon IT will demonstrate the TC2 at VMworld 2008 (booth 360) at The Venetian Hotel in Las Vegas from September 15-18.
